Terms & Agreements

Bookings:

We do not allow customers to drive vehicles themselves.

At least a one week reservation is required. All sessions reserved within three days of the event will be charged a last minute reservation fee and checks will not be accepted. Sessions reserved within three or fewer days will not be reserved.

Details such as the time frame of the event, pick up/drop off locations, contact information is required so we can accurately quote your session.

We will not rent cars for overnight sessions under any conditions. 

​

Payment notes: 

A deposit is required in order to reserve a session. All deposits are part of the total amount. Payments must be made either by Zelle or by check. Checks must be delivered to the Company’s mailing address at least one week in advance.

Payments must be made prior to the event as well. We accept payments by cash or Zelle the day of the event. If you are paying by check then you must mail the check at least a week before the event. We will not accept checks on the day of the event. We will not accept wire transfers.

Refund policy:

Deposits are non-refundable.

 Payments are non-refundable unless the session is cancelled at least 72 hours in advance or a problem occurs with our vehicles and we are unable to arrive on the day of.

Safety:

​

In order to keep not only our employees, but also our vehicles safe, all sessions will be reviewed before they are scheduled. We are at liberty to deny services or depart sessions early if we or our employees deem a session damaging to their or our vehicle's well being.

Along with this we ask that no children ride in the car. This is to keep not only the children safe, but also the Bride, Groom, other Passengers, and the Driver safe.

Furthermore:

By hiring our services you allow for us to use pictures from your event for marketing and social media, however you are more than welcome to deny the use of your pictures for marketing purposes.

By hiring our services, you acknowledge that all information given to Brook Shore Classics is truthful and any intended misinformation given will result in cancelation of a reserved session and all funds paid to us will not be refunded. 

​

By hiring our services, you acknowledge you will be required to pay for any damages given to the vehicle during your session and failure to pay said damages will result in legal consequences.
