1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with Brook Shore Classics, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with booking our services.

2. Services Offered

Brook Shore Classics provides classic limousine and chauffeur services for weddings and other special events within the Hudson Valley, New York. Our services include:

Transportation with a professional driver in vintage or classic vehicles
Use of our vehicles for photoshoots, films, and other visual media during the event
On-site presence for ceremonial or display purposes as arranged in advance

All services are strictly chauffeur-driven. Clients and guests are not permitted to operate the vehicles under any circumstances.

3. Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to reserve your session. This deposit is applied toward the total service cost.
Deposits are refundable only if:
- The Client cancels at least one (1) week prior to the scheduled event, or
- Brook Shore Classics is unable to accommodate the session.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Cash
- Check (must be received at least one (1) month before the event)
- Digital payment platforms such as Venmo
A 3% processing fee will be added to any payments made via Venmo or electronic banking apps.
Full payment is required prior to the start of the session. If payment is not received on time, Brook Shore Classics reserves the right to cancel or leave the event early without refund.

4. Quotes and Pricing

All price quotes provided are valid for sixty (60) days from the issue date.
After this period, a new quote must be requested.

5. Client Conduct and Safety

Clients are strictly prohibited from operating the vehicle under any circumstances.
Children are not permitted in the vehicle.
Brook Shore Classics does not allow overnight events.
If at any point the driver deems that personal safety or the safety of the vehicle is at risk, the driver has full authority to terminate the service and depart the event early without refund.
Clients are expected to treat our staff and property with respect. Any damages incurred may result in additional charges.

6. Photography and Marketing

Brook Shore Classics reserves the right to request and use photographs of its vehicles at events for promotional and marketing purposes.
Clients who object to the use of such images should notify the company in writing prior to the event.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect limited personal information including names, phone numbers, and email addresses for the purposes of booking and client communication.
This information is stored securely and not shared or sold to third parties.

8. Force Majeure

Brook Shore Classics shall not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, accidents, road closures, traffic delays, or other unforeseeable events that could impact service delivery.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Weather and Cancellations

Brook Shore Classics operates in all reasonable weather conditions. However:

In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions (e.g., heavy snow, flooding, dangerous roads), Brook Shore Classics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the session for the safety of our staff and vehicles.
If the company cancels the session due to weather, the Client will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
If the Client cancels due to weather concerns, standard cancellation policies apply (see Section 3). Refunds will only be issued if cancellation occurs at least one (1) week prior to the event.
Light rain or temperature changes are not considered valid reasons for cancellation or refund.
